Meet the leadership team

Mr. Sam is an accomplished IT leader with three decades of experience helping build industry leading technology-intensive companies. As CEO, Sam oversees Exelcom strategic vision while driving growth and establishing Exelcom as the leading partner of choice for mid-market strategic buyers of IT.

Sam has founded and built three, category-defining, sector leading companies. He was the founder and CEO of Exelcom (acquired by Ongoing Operations), where he created the category of Application Continuity Appliances for ending email downtime. Prior to Exelcom, he was the CEO of Net-Tech Communications that, under his leadership, grew from a single office to a Large outsourced IT provider to AU Small Business. 

As Marketing Director, Megan Palms leads with a customer-focused and insights-driven approach to branding, communications, demand generation, customer engagement and partner marketing. Megan Palms is a passionate leader with 10 years of experience that spans marketing and communications at industry-leading organizations.
